The VirtualBoxwell Team is sad to report the passing of Johnny G. Smith. Johnny was a staff member of the Boxwell staff from 1970 to 1973.  During those summers, he worked as part of the Maintenance crew as well as on Murrey staff.  After camp, Johnny completed his degree in Forestry from UT Knoxville.  An Eagle Scout, he worked as a manager at Lowe’s for many years.  At his passing in 2014, he was survived by his wife Melinda and his three children.  He was 59 years old.
